Objective: Win Win has been designed with the objective of providing a Guaranteed Minimum Annual Interest Return substantially above current short-term rates through a principally protected note provided by the major bank BNP Paribas. This product also holds a 'Bonus Coupon' with additional minimum annual interest returns of 10% plus a Capital Guarantee at the end of the term. With the 'Advance Monies' available through BNP Paribas your monies could 'treble' over your investment period.

Description: PCP have adopted the 'Win Win Strategy' in conjunction with BNP Paribas. PCP will buy a principally protected note from BNP Paribas SA. These notes are normally issued in several million-dollar denominations and are therefore only available to the larger institutions.

PCP will purchase the note on behalf of its institutional and individual investors, thereby enabling investment by individuals and/or smaller institutions.

The note is linked to a basket of 15 stocks, providing a Guaranteed Minimum Annual Interest Return. The note also has the potential to pay 'Bonus Coupons' of 10% per annum linked to the performance of the stocks.

In year ten, the product also includes a 'Second Chance' feature whereby any 10% coupons not earned in the previous nine years can be 'earned back' in the last year.

BNP Paribas also guarantee a 100% Capital Return at maturity.

Strategy:The note provides a Capital Guarantee and a regular Minimum Annual Interest Return. BNP Paribas will also gear the product i.e. advance one time's the client's investment to allow 'double' opportunity to partake of the 'bonus coupon' years.

Over 1,200 simulations prove that the client would have received 7 or more minimum annual interest returns plus the 'bonus coupon' years in over 97% of cases.

In all cases the client would have received 100% of maximum performance with the 'second chance' option.
